 ✨ Key Point First!✨

🙋‍♂️ All believers worship the same God, but why are their interpretations of the Bible so different? The Shincheonji Church, Catholicism, and Protestantism all read the Book of Revelation, but their understanding is completely different! In this post, let’s break down why Shincheonji Church claims their interpretation is the true one — and why that matters for faith, salvation, and truth! 📖🔥

Source : Differences in Bible Interpretation Between Shincheonji and Catholicism/Protestantism

✅ Summary Key Points │

🔑 Key Point
1️⃣ Shincheonji Church claims to have mastered the Book of Revelation
2️⃣ Catholicism and Protestantism are accused of altering Revelation
3️⃣ Revelation 22 warns of curses for adding or subtracting from it
4️⃣ Shincheonji proposed a public Bible test, but no one accepted
5️⃣ Just like Jesus was called a heretic, Shincheonji faces the same
6️⃣ Who really enters heaven? It depends on keeping Revelation’s words
7️⃣ Teaching wrongly or lying about the Bible is the real heresy

🧐 1. Same God, Same Faith… But Very Different Interpretations?

Let’s be real — Catholic, Protestant, and Shincheonji believers all say they worship one God and have the same hope: eternal life in heaven 🙏.
But there’s one big thing that sets them apart: how they interpret the Bible, especially the Book of Revelation.

Shincheonji Church believes they’ve fully mastered Revelation through the teachings of God and Jesus, claiming that their understanding is the truth. On the other hand, they say that Catholic and Protestant churches have added or taken away from the Word, especially Revelation, which violates the warning in Revelation 22:18–19.

What does that verse say? It clearly warns that anyone who adds or subtracts from the Book of Revelation will not enter heaven and will receive plagues. 😨 That’s a pretty serious consequence.

📖 2. The “Truth Test” That No One Accepted

Here’s something interesting 👉 Shincheonji once challenged Catholic and Protestant churches to a public Bible test based only on the Book of Revelation.
But guess what? No one showed up.
Not even one person accepted the challenge. 🤷‍♂️

Shincheonji Church took that as a sign that others weren’t confident in their interpretation — and so, by default, they believe they won.
They say, “If you can’t prove your interpretation publicly, maybe you’ve been teaching the wrong thing all along?”

They ask a deep question:
If Revelation says those who add or subtract cannot enter heaven, then who’s really the heretic?
The one keeping the book exactly as it is — or the one changing it? 🤔

✝️ 3. Jesus Was Called a Heretic Too

Let’s rewind to 2,000 years ago.
Back then, the religious leaders in Jerusalem called Jesus a heretic too! 😮
Why? Because His teachings didn’t fit their traditions. But Jesus was actually the truth.

Now, Shincheonji Church says the same pattern is repeating today.
Catholic and Protestant pastors are calling Shincheonji a heresy — but Shincheonji says, just like Jesus, they are being falsely accused for speaking truth. 🙌

And they come back to the Bible: Revelation says if you add or take away, you’ll face curses and won’t enter heaven.
So, if traditional churches changed the Word — aren’t they the ones going against God?

🕊️ 4. Who Really Enters Heaven?

Let’s be honest — heaven isn’t given based on tradition or denomination.
The Bible says in Revelation 22: only those who keep the Word exactly as it is will enter. That means truth matters. Accuracy matters. Integrity matters. 💯

Shincheonji Church believes they have not added or taken away a single word, and that they’ve overcome falsehood with the truth. They call themselves God’s family, not because of pride, but because of their faithfulness to Scripture.

They say: “If you really care about salvation, stop lying. Tell the truth. Let’s speak according to the Bible, not opinions.” 🕊️💬

💬 Final Thoughts

It all boils down to this — if the Bible is our guide to heaven, we need to follow exactly what it says.
Not tradition. Not emotion. Just the truth.
Who is teaching the Word correctly? That’s the real question every believer should ask. 🧭💡

🔑 Key Highlights Summary

  • Over 100 established churches in Korea have voluntarily displayed Shincheonji Jesus Church signage 🎉
  • Pastors made this decision after exchanging and confirming the Word 🪧
  • Churches are seeing revival through increased members and voluntary evangelism ⛪
  • A growing movement to prioritize the Bible over denomination 🤝
  • Despite persecution, Shincheonji is spreading Word-centered faith 🔥

A New Wave of Revival Begins with the Word and Shincheonji Jesus Church 🌱

1. 🪧 100 Churches Changed Their Signage — Voluntarily!

Since October last year, the Shincheonji Cooperative Church Campaign has been gaining momentum.
And now? In just half a year, over 100 churches from established denominations — including Presbyterian, Holiness, and Full Gospel —
have replaced their existing signage with Shincheonji Jesus Church banners! 😲

Why?
Simply put: They confirmed the Word and realized it’s the truth 📖💬
This isn’t about converting to a new group — it's about recognizing the truth of the Bible and boldly proclaiming it.

2. ⛪ From Doubt to Revival — Pastors and Members Are Changing

These aren’t churches being “taken over.” Quite the opposite!
Many pastors completed Shincheonji’s Bible education and were moved by how clearly the Book of Revelation was testified.
They began preaching this Word in their own churches, and the results?
🌟 Congregants are moved
🌟 Evangelism is happening naturally
🌟 Worship is being restored

One pastor said, “Shincheonji Jesus Church testified to the Revelation I had longed for all my life.”
Another said, “We tried many ways to revive the church, but what the people truly wanted was the Word.”

3. ✝️ “Scripture Over Denomination” — Back to the Bible!

A growing number of pastors are realizing:
👉 Denominations don’t save — the Word does.
Just like Jesus wasn’t tied to a denomination in his time, today’s true faith is about returning to God’s Word as the ultimate standard.

They’re urging others to look beyond labels and let go of the fear of “losing” their churches.
Instead, they are discovering unity through the Word 💖📖

4. 🌍 A New Movement of Faith — Comparable to the Reformation?

As of April, 858 churches have signed MOUs with Shincheonji for Word exchange.
This isn’t just a trend — it’s being described as a historic shift in modern Christianity.

An official from Shincheonji said:

“What began as Word exchange has now become a bold movement of preaching the Word — a restoration of true, Bible-centered faith.”

And until the day churches worldwide become one through the Word,
Shincheonji Jesus Church will continue to testify the Word of Revelation without change. 🙏🔥

📌 In Summary

  • Over 100 churches now display Shincheonji signage
  • Revival sparked by Bible-based teaching
  • Pastors and members deeply moved
  • Denominational walls are coming down
  • A new history of unity through Scripture is being written

The Summary of Shincheonji Revelation Online Seminar

Chairman Manhee Lee appealed, "See and check the testimony of the fulfillment of Revelation in person," and summarized chapter 1~7 of Revelation on Feb. 15th.

Chairman Manhee Lee of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church), lectured Revelation of the Bible for pastors and believers of the world at Feb. 15th on online.

The lecture summarized chapter 1~7 of Revelation, focusing the creation of New Heaven New Earth of Rev. 7.

The major contents in this lecture are as follows.

It's been 2,000 years since Revelation was written, but it did not come true as predicted, so no one knew it. However, when it achieves, it does as it is, and it is widely known through John who sees it in person and testifies it.

Rev. 1:1~8 are conclusion of Revelation, and Rev. 1:9~ are Jesus' instruction that John sent Seven Stars, the seven messengers, letters of repentance.

The contents of the letters appear in Rev. 2~3 and after John sent the letters, he saw the throne of God in heaven.

Subsequently, in Rev. 5, there is a book sealed by Seven Seals on God's right hand, and it is written as a metaphor, so no one knew about it. In Rev. 6, Jesus takes the book and starts to unravel the seals.

Also, in Rev. 6, Jesus judges the people through the four creatures emerging in Rev. 4, which is like Noah's and Lot's. The reason why he judges the people is they betrayed God and worshiped the beast of Devil.

After the judgement in Rev. 6, Jesus harvests God's seeds sowed at the First Coming and creates God's kingdom with the people sealed by the new covenant in Rev. 7.

The word of the new covenant is the testament, the fulfillment of the prophecy of Revelation. The process, sealing, is to engrave the word in people's mind and to realize them.

If you are the real believer, who want the fulfillment of the heaven and the eternal life, you should pay attention to the prophecy of God and check whether the prophecy is achieved according to the Bible.

You can view the Revelation online seminar on Shincheonji Church Youtube again.

For reference, Shincheonji Church of Jesus held a total of 13 elementary seminars of the Bible (as of Feb. 14, 2022). The elementary seminars recorded 2.6 million views of more, and this Revelation online seminar surpassed 8.3 million views.

The Reason Why We Should Know the Bible (feat. Shincheonji Church)

Believers are keeping their faith in various ways. It is important to keep faith in each own way, but that doesn't mean that all ways are accurate standards of faith. Then what is the minimum standard to follow in the faith of the Bible?

There are a man and a woman. The man sent a letter to the woman to meet each other. But the letter was written in code, and the woman could not understand the meaning of the letter. She couldn't meet the man even though she wanted to meet.

In this example, what should she do? She has to know the meaning of the letter, and know when and where she can meet the man. This example is not only a instance but also a prophecy of the Bible.

You know the meaning of the letter, and you know when and where you meet. This is a prophecy from the Bible, regardless of one example.

In Matthew 25, there are a groom and 10 maidens. The ten maidens are waiting to greet the groom. However, five among them do not prepare lamps and oil so can not greet the groom. Otherwise other five prepare lamps and oil so can greet the groom. This example expresses Jesus as a groom and believers as maidens. And you can easily think of lamps and oil as knowing the Bible.

Now believers are waiting for Jesus to come back in the Second Coming. But is it okay just to believe and wait? As shown above, the Bible show when, where, and how Jesus come about his second coming. Wouldn't it be a true believer to know exactly this, believe it, and wait him?

Do you know what the Bible says, when, where, and how Jesus comes?

In the Old Testament, a prophecy was written about what would happen from Jesus' life to his death. And as the prophecy, Jesus came as it was. If we were living in the First Coming, how could we recognize and greet Jesus? If we went to a big church? If we believed in someone we know? If we just believed in Jesus alone?

Of course, we should know the Old Testament and recognize Jesus. When Jesus left at the First Coming, he gave the word of promise, and the collection of his word, the covenant, is the Book of Revelation.

Then how can we know and realize Revelation?

Shincheonji Church of Jesus teaches all the words of the Bible, including Revelation. If you don't know the words Revelation yet, try to learn it in Shincheonji Church!
