For those who are not fully equipped with the Word, they will be deceived someday. Satan is not a fool, but a perfect being, full of wisdom that was in the Garden of Eden. Satan appeared there to practice his power against God (trying to deceive Adam and Eve). Therefore, we must arm ourselves completely. You are in error if you simply think that "you will enter heaven because you believe." Thus, we must be fully equipped.
