The Reason Why We Should Know the Bible (feat. Shincheonji Church)

Believers are keeping their faith in various ways. It is important to keep faith in each own way, but that doesn't mean that all ways are accurate standards of faith. Then what is the minimum standard to follow in the faith of the Bible?

There are a man and a woman. The man sent a letter to the woman to meet each other. But the letter was written in code, and the woman could not understand the meaning of the letter. She couldn't meet the man even though she wanted to meet.

In this example, what should she do? She has to know the meaning of the letter, and know when and where she can meet the man. This example is not only a instance but also a prophecy of the Bible.

You know the meaning of the letter, and you know when and where you meet. This is a prophecy from the Bible, regardless of one example.

In Matthew 25, there are a groom and 10 maidens. The ten maidens are waiting to greet the groom. However, five among them do not prepare lamps and oil so can not greet the groom. Otherwise other five prepare lamps and oil so can greet the groom. This example expresses Jesus as a groom and believers as maidens. And you can easily think of lamps and oil as knowing the Bible.

Now believers are waiting for Jesus to come back in the Second Coming. But is it okay just to believe and wait? As shown above, the Bible show when, where, and how Jesus come about his second coming. Wouldn't it be a true believer to know exactly this, believe it, and wait him?

Do you know what the Bible says, when, where, and how Jesus comes?

In the Old Testament, a prophecy was written about what would happen from Jesus' life to his death. And as the prophecy, Jesus came as it was. If we were living in the First Coming, how could we recognize and greet Jesus? If we went to a big church? If we believed in someone we know? If we just believed in Jesus alone?

Of course, we should know the Old Testament and recognize Jesus. When Jesus left at the First Coming, he gave the word of promise, and the collection of his word, the covenant, is the Book of Revelation.

Then how can we know and realize Revelation?

  1. What makes the Bible different from any other scripture is that whatever God prophesies, He fulfils. Great article - thank you.

  3. I have been thinking about it from a long time ago, but there were many times when I was confused because the contents of each church were different and the interpretation was unclear. It seems to be important to know exactly what you are doing. If you need to know exactly, the direction will not change.

  4. The Bible was difficult, so it was not easy to access, but I am interested in free Bible education. If I study, I think I will know the will of God.

  5. Haven’t really thought about the Bible in this way. Just as the man and woman cannot meet each other without understanding the letter, it is feasible that we won’t be able to meet God without understanding the Testaments. I would like to try listening to what you say
