[Bible Books Summary] Overview of Numbers
The Bible is a Christian scripture that is believed by about 2.4 billion people (33%) out of 7.3 billion people, and has been distributed to about 6 billion people, 80 percent of humanity. It is best-selling book but is considered one of the least readable. So I post to answer questions about the Bible as a whole. I’m going to run a series of 66 books of the Bible:)
Who wrote Numbers?
The Book of Numbers is the fourth book of the Five Books of Moses. The term is meaning "counting the number of people." Counting the number of the exodus people of Israel, that is, God's people, was recorded. The main stages of the incident, which took place counting numbers, are Mount Sinai, Kadesh Barnea, Canaan, and Varan Wilderness, which are the starting points after the Exodus, to Moab Plain, just before Canaan.
Main Figures and Events of Numbers
The book contains the records of the Israelites' journey from Mount Sinai on February 20, 2nd year of Exodus, to Moab Plain on the east side of Jordan during 38 years of desert life, and counting the number of Israelis God's fill for the conquest of Canaan.
