The Daegu City already had Shincheonji’s congregants list and churches address.

The new list that the Daegu City find after is about “non-registers,” not Shincheonji members.

 

  It is confirmed not true on a report that Shincheonji released its additional churches and congregation too late after its disguised churches had been found. The Daegu City already took the address of Shincheonji churches and closed up them, and in case of a new list retained after, the city revealed that it was “non-registers,” not official Shincheonji members.

 

  On online, 25 March, several reports about Shincheonji Church of Jesus hiding its disguised churches were released.

 

  As only seeing the reports, It is shown that Shincheonji had not intentionally submitted its 2 churches called as disguised facilities and congregation, but it submitted them after discovered by the quarantine authorities.

 

  But a official of the Daegu City explained, “Shincheonji already submitted its disguised churches. The churches were closed up and Shincheonji revealed their names.” at the city’s briefing on 22 March.

 

  Subsequently, the official said, “Shincheonji’s Daegu Church gave the Daegu City the list of its whole facilities, and citizens called the churches as the disguised because they did not know them of Shincheonji Church.
 

 

  Some media outlets reported, “The disguised churches are run by hiding its existence, ‘Shincheonji,’ and most members of the churches are Shincheonji congregants.”

 

  But the official countered, “Shincheonji Church manage unentered members through disguised churches so members of the churches are not Shincheonji congregants.”

 

  Also, he said, “This being so, the disguised churches cannot help being excluded in the list Shincheonji first submitted, also in the list retained by a forensic team.” and “But the Daegu City required all list including the unentered and took it.”
 

 

  Some slanderers and media outlets say Shincheonji Church intentionally omitted the list and some churches of it have been belatedly revealed. However, Shincheonji Church of Jesus handed over all the information at the request of the Korean government. Let's not be swayed by fake news.
